How can I create a function that will call the shapely module?
I'm having problems with this and I have been trying to solve it since a long time but I just cannot figure it out.
Please help me!!!

There are a few ways you could do this.
If the shapely module is installed in your python interpreter then you could simply do this:
from shapely.geometry import Point
from shapely.geometry.polygon import Polygon
def create_polygon(shape):
Polygon(shape.exterior)
However, if you are using shapely on a webserver then you are going to need to copy the Shapely library into the directory of the webserver.
Also, if you can't install shapely in the webserver then you are out of luck.
You can also use the module directly from your application:
>>> from shapely.geometry.polygon import Polygon
>>> from shapely.geometry import Point
